National Chapters

Bring AARW closer to home

AARW aims to connect local groups through a shared national mission. Chapters should grow from committed local organizers, community needs, and an approved plan. A city is listed as an active chapter only after AARW confirms its leadership and activities.

What a chapter can do

A chapter can host welcome gatherings, professional conversations, cultural and family activities, service projects, and partnerships suited to its region. It should also connect participants to national resources and maintain AARW standards for privacy, safety, finance, and inclusive participation.

Start a chapter

If you can bring together local volunteers and understand the needs of Russian-speaking women in your area, tell us about your community. AARW will discuss the proposed team, geographic scope, first-year calendar, and support needed before any chapter is authorized.
